Shopping List 3 Day Tuna Diet

The shopping list for the 3 day tuna diet actually has more than just tuna on it, believe it or not!  There are fresh veggies you need to buy and more.

When you are done shopping, you can check out the 3 day tuna diet menu (if you haven't already).

 

Shopping List for 3 Day Tuna Diet

 

Here's what you will need for your menu:

  • Nine 3-ounce cans of white tuna, packed in water.
  • 24 ounces low fat cottage cheese
  • 24 ounces of plain yogurt
  • Three large strawberries, optional**
  • Fresh veggies -- choose from cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, cucumbers
  • Two small boxes of sugar-free jello, you choice of flavors
  • Three medium apples, any color/variety

**I know it seems strange to have just three large strawberries on the list, but why not buy a few pints and freeze the berries for the 3 days smoothie diet some other time?

Notes About the 3 Day Tuna Fish Diet

Here are some optional items for the three day diet:

Bottled water.  If your tap water doesn't taste good or has a lot of chorine, you'll want to get some bottled water.  You do need to drink a lot of water on this diet.

If you don't like the taste of water, get some Crystal Lite to flavor the water.  If you can manage, use only a half serving in your water.

Green tea is useful with this 3 day tuna fish diet.  Consider investing in some good green tea, because you can always use it, whether you're on a weight loss plan or not.
