Easy-Does-It Diet Plan ReviewThe Easy-Does-It Diet takes the idea of pre-packaged foods one better. Instead of paying big bucks for NutriSystem or even for frozen Lean Cuise, why not do your own? You choose the foods you like, not what happens to be in the package. The Easy-Does-It Diet claims that you can eat lose weight by eating good foods, and do it much less expensively than a program like NutriSystem. And it's about half the cost of the supermarket frozen meals. One part of the book is the discussion about what highly processed foods do to your body. We all know that things like white flour and sugar aren't good on a daily basis, but the way it's described brings up vivid images of why not.
Easy Diet PlanFortunately, the Easy-Does-It Diet is an easy diet plan! No special foods, no need to buy diet meals. Just good, healthy food. This meal plan is available as an ebook, so you don't have to wait days for it to be delivered -- it's downloaded immediately. Naturally, there is a small cost involved, but it's quite inexpensive. The Pros for the Easy-Does-It DietThis meal plan works with common foods you can find in your local grocery store. While fresh is best, the diet does allow frozen and canned items in moderation. I must admit, the food portions are more generous than what you would find in a Weight Watchers or Lean Cuisine meal. Better tasting, too. One thing I especially liked was the whole idea of a frozen meal, ready to go. When I get home in the evenings, I don 't want to take a lot of time to prepare a good meal. I'm tired and want it fast. The plan lets you cook once a week and then freeze your dinners. That way, you come home, pop something in the microwave or oven, toss a salad and your meal is done. No fuss. The Cons of the DietThe author leans towards being a vegetarian. And while I do recognize that more fruits and veggies in the diet is a good thing, there is little in the way of animal protein in this eating plan. (The author notes that you can add extra poultry and fish to this easy diet plan, so all is not lost.) Now most of us work during the day, and if a microwave is available at your workplace, you are in luck. If not, you may have a hard time with this eating plan. This is not a quick weight loss program, after the first couple of weeks (where you probably will drop some pounds quickly). So if you're looking for something that lets you lose more than 2 pounds a week, this isn't the one you're looking for.
