Diet Reviews - Long TermThe long-term diet reviews came about because most people don't need to lose just 5 pounds. Let's face it -- we've got to lose 15, 25, 30 pounds or more. I've mentioned before that 3 day diets aren't for permanent weight loss. And while you can do a 3 day diet once a week or two, it's not a total eating plan. You need a long-range approach. Another way to keep on losing the weight. And a plan for keeping it off. Top Diet Review EbooksI have purchased (at full price) these ebooks -- I did not get them for free. So these are ebooks that I can honestly say that were worth the cost (and they are rather inexpensive). For each plan I list the pros and the cons. None of these plans are perfect, but they are nevertheless worthwhile. These are the ebooks that I liked the best, that will be part of my long range strategy: Negative Calorie Diet: I had always thought that "negative calorie" foods were just celery and grapefruit. Suprisingly, there are a lot more -- and quite tasty too! I think it will be an interesting break from traditional dieting. Read review.
